Polly Breen is a Certified Svaroopa Yoga teacher and Embodyment Therapist with over 1,000 hours of training under Rama Berch, the originator of Svaroopa Yoga. She has been teaching for 20 years and was formerly an Ashtanga First Series teacher . She is continuing her training in the Advanced Svaroopa Training program as well as studying Aruyvedic Medicine and Inner Healing with Sri Swamini Maititananda at the Wise Earth Monastery. She is a certified Svaroopa Meditation teacher and Jappa Meditation teacher in the Wise Earth tradition. She is available for private yoga and Embodyment Therapy Sessions.
